Date: Saturday 30 May 2026

• The Circle will be located on the green patch between the Library and the museum.
• Tuning area is located on the other side of restaurant “Koklikoo”.

Playing Requirements

• Grade 5: 6 Parts March
• Grade 4: 8 Parts March
• Grade 4 (MSR): 4 Parts each
• Grade 3: Medley (3–5 mins)
• Open Grade: MSR – 4 Parts Each

Competition Rules

• We have no limit on minimal occupation for the competing bands.
• A competing band can register for its own grade, one grade up, and Open grade.
• The competing band’s Pipe Major is allowed to play in other bands of higher grades, but not in the same grade his/her own band is competing in.
• The competing band’s Drum Sergeant is allowed to play in other bands of higher grades, but not in the same grade his/her own band is competing in.
• The total registration fee is required to be paid upfront. Payment details will be sent after receiving the registration form.
• In case of cancellation, the registration fee cannot be refunded.
• We will not assign spaces for tuning. Please respect each other’s space and boundaries.

Timetable

The timetable will be shared with competing bands in the weeks preceding the competition date and will also be made available online.

The organization retains the right to make changes and commits to communicating these timely and clearly.
